Open the photo in Photos, then tap Edit.
Edit is in the top-right corner while viewing a photo. This opens the dark edit screen.

- Open the photo in Photos, then tap Edit.
- Tap the Markup button (the pen-tip in a circle) at the top right.
- Pick a pen and color, then draw on the photo with your finger.
- Tap Done, and your drawing is saved onto the photo.
