Click any cell inside your data — here cell B3 is selected, shown by the green border.

Steps in text

  1. Click any cell inside your data — here cell B3 is selected, shown by the green border.
  2. Click the Data tab.
  3. Click Filter — a dropdown arrow now appears on every column header.
  4. Click the arrow on the Region header to open its filter.
  5. Untick every region except West, then click OK.
  6. The East and North rows disappear.
