Click the border of the text box so the whole list is selected (not just one line).

Steps in text

  1. Click the border of the text box so the whole list is selected (not just one line).
  2. Go to the Animations tab and click Appear (or Fade) in the animation gallery.
  3. Click Effect Options and make sure it's set to 'By Paragraph'.
  4. Now each bullet appears on its own click. In the slideshow, the first click shows bullet 1…
  5. …and the next click reveals the following bullet, one at a time down the list.
