Click the border of the text box so the whole list is selected (not just one line).
Steps in text
- Click the border of the text box so the whole list is selected (not just one line).
- Go to the Animations tab and click Appear (or Fade) in the animation gallery.
- Click Effect Options and make sure it's set to 'By Paragraph'.
- Now each bullet appears on its own click. In the slideshow, the first click shows bullet 1…
- …and the next click reveals the following bullet, one at a time down the list.
