Click the three-dot Settings and more menu (⋯) in the top-right corner of Edge.

- Click the three-dot Settings and more menu (⋯) in the top-right corner of Edge.
- Click Settings, near the bottom of the menu.
- Click Cookies and site permissions in the left sidebar, then Pop-ups and redirects.
- To allow pop-ups everywhere, turn off 'Block (recommended)'.
