Hold ⌘, then tap the comma key.
⌘ sits beside the space bar. Either ⌘ works — only one is needed.

- Hold ⌘, then tap the comma key.
- Safari's Settings window opens.
- Click the Websites tab, then Pop-up Windows in the left sidebar.
- Set the site's menu to Allow.
- Pop-ups now work on this site.
